Days after graduating college, twin sisters Laura and Beth Winters decided they were tired of complaining about the terrible, sexist, racist, ableist children's toys and were ready to do something to do something about it.

Equalitoys, LLC was founded soon after. To date, the company has self-published two coloring/story books, Her Highness Builds Robots, and Equaliteam Saves the Day! Their books can be found online at Etsy, Wildfang, Amelia and Zora, as well as in bookstores in New York City, Chicago, and San Francisco.
